ARTICLE 2 - CONFIDENTIALITY

A. Collected and processed data

Under the provisions of Article 5 of European Regulation 2016/679, collection and processing of the data of the Site’s Users adhere to the following principles:

When a User visits the site, we ask them for their contact details so that they may enter our current contest. Providing one’s contact details is necessary in order to enter contents. Pursuant to the law on personal data processing, the User has the rights set out below. For the data protection officer to grant the User’s request, the User is bound to communicate to the officer their forename, surname and email address. The data protection officer is bound to reply to the User within 30 (thirty) days.

a. Right of access and rectification, and right to be forgotten

The processing officer undertakes to protect the collected personal data, to not transmit it to third parties without the User being notified, and to adhere to the purposes for which these data were collected. In addition, the data processing officer undertakes to notify the User if data are corrected or deleted, unless this causes him disproportionate formalities and costs. Should the integrity, confidentiality or security of the User’s personal data be compromised, the processing officer undertakes to notify said User by any means.

G. Cookies

The site may use “cookie” techniques enabling it to process traffic statistics and information, to facilitate browsing, and to improve the service for the User’s comfort. For the use of “cookie” files involving the saving and analysis of personal data, the User’s consent is necessarily requested. The User’s consent is deemed valid for 13 (thirteen) months.
